You can't purchase an eero device from Tangerine on a stand-alone basis or without a compatible Tangerine internet service.
Each Tangerine eero comes with an eero Secure subscription included for 12 months at no additional cost for use with a compatible Tangerine internet service. The initial 12-month subscription commences:
if you purchase an eero device with a new compatible Tangerine internet service, on the date that service is first activated; or
if you have an existing compatible Tangerine internet service, on the date your eero device is sent to you.
After this promotional period, your eero Secure subscription automatically converts to a paid month-to-month service. You will then be charged monthly in advance at the recommended retail price (RRP) per account (regardless of number of purchased or connected devices) as part of your standard monthly bill until your eero Secure subscription is cancelled. The price of an eero Secure subscription is currently $2.99/mth (inc GST) per account, subject to change on 30 days' notice.
You cannot purchase an eero device from Tangerine without also receiving an eero Secure subscription. However, you can cancel it at any time by contacting us. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period, as long as it is requested at least 5 days before that date. Otherwise, it will take effect at the end of your next billing period. You can continue to use eero Secure until the date of cancellation.
If you cancel your eero Secure subscription, we will disassociate it from all your eero devices connected to your account and you can continue to use a disassociated device with your compatible Tangerine internet service. However, once this occurs, you cannot reactivate an eero Secure Subscription with Tangerine unless you purchase a new eero devices from us.
Your eero device and eero Secure subscription are subject to the full offer T&Cs, applicable standard terms of service and policies available on the Policies page of our website. By continuing with your eero device purchase you agree to these terms.

As an existing customer, you do not need to pay for your new FTTP nbn® plan at this stage. You will still need to pay for any hardware and additional services such as a Home Phone or SIM Plan. Tangerine Unites with the Brisbane Pancare Community

On the 26th of June, Tangerine's events crew joined the Pancare Brisbane community at their #UniteForHope event in New Farm.
Unite for Hope is Pancare Foundation's major fundraising event series where people from across the nation walk or run a distance of either 5 or 10km. These events provide the Pancare community an opportunity come together to offer support, generate awareness, and raise much-needed funds which help the Foundation improve outcomes for people impacted by upper GI cancers - some of the lowest survival rates among all major cancers.
On event day - which was bathed in Brissie sunshine, the Tangerine team enjoyed handing out fashionable tote bags (we're totes biased) as each participant crossed the finish line. The bag included a stress ball, sweet treat, and an information flyer detailing Tangerine's Pancare nbn™ offer, which involves a donation of $125 to the Foundation each time a community member makes the switch to one of Tangerine's award-winning nbn™ plans.
Pancare's National Events Manager, Sheena Delaney said that having Tangerine as their inaugural event partner for the 2022 Unite for Hope face-to-face events has been of significant value and importance to them.
"They are more than just an event Partner; they have become part of the pancare family, and our community has embraced them as one of their own. At both our Sydney and Brisbane events, Tangerine has improved our event experience by bringing together the best of what both parties have to offer. We are both working toward a common goal - to provide a brighter future to those suffering from upper gastrointestinal cancers."
Tangerine Channel Partnership Manager, Dean Harris is proud of Tangerine's ongoing commitment to donate $125 each time a Pancare community member makes the switch to one of Tangerine's award-winning nbn™ plans.
"This donation will help fund a Specialist Upper GI Cancer Nurse who will be able to provide support and care during difficult times," said Dean.
The Tangerine team was pleased to hear that the Brisbane #uniteforhope event raised an outstanding total of $15,748 which feeds into Pancare's fundraising goal of $425,000 for their 2022 event series.
The team is also looking forward to participating in Melbourne's Unite for Hope event on the 13th of November and helping the Foundation get closer to their 2022 fundraising goal.
