Can I keep my phone number when I switch to NBN™ Phone?

Yes you can. We are able to port (transfer) your existing phone numbers onto an NBN Phone service. It's possible to utilise the phone port on the back of our Netcomm and FRITZ!Box modem/router, or you can use an IP handset.
Here is how you can request the transfer:

First, make sure that the phone number is active with the other service provider as we cannot port a disconnected number.

Include the phone plan to your NBN Order. Order your NBN Bundle here.

After signing up, our team would request for a copy of your invoice of the phone number you wish to transfer.

Upon receipt, our team would submit the port request which may take 7 to 10 business days to complete.*(timeframe may vary depending on the losing provider)

Once ported, our team would supply you with the NBN Phone settings to enter on your modem.
