Can I send my modem to a different address?

Yes you can. This applies when you are just about to move and would like to receive your modem to your current address still or you just couldn't receive it from your service address. No worries - this is possible.


How do you set this up?


An option just before you check out called "Is your delivery address for sending equipment the same?"

You may un-tick the box and the Delivery address field would come up where you can provide your preferred delivery address.

In case you have submitted the order and decided to change the delivery address, just make sure the modem has not been dispatched yet.

You may know this has happened when a modem has been sent to you with the tracking number. In case the modem has been sent and you still would like to re-direct, you would need to contact the courier directly and ask for a delivery redirection.


**Delivery periods may be extended in case a redirection is requested.
