How can I cancel my service?

Unlimited NBN Plans from $49.90/mth - See Plans

All our NBN Plans are on no contract so you are free to cancel at any time*. 

Aside from calling us, you can now log in to our Self Care Portal and put the request through.

1. From www.tangerinetelecom.com.au, click on My Tangerine > Login or click here.

2. Enter your Account Number, Email Address and Password on the Log in screen.

3. Select Cancel NBN Service from the Menu.

4. Please complete the form below to order cancellation of your NBN service.

  • Address of NBN Service to Cancel
  • Reason for Cancelling
  • Date of Cancellation

5. Read and agree on the terms.

6. Click on Submit.

 

IMPORTANT REMINDERS:

Requests will be forwarded to our team for processing. It would be processed according to your Preferred cancellation date or if immediately, the request may take 24 to 48 hours to complete. Our team would send a confirmation once the Cancellation has been received and once it has been completed.
If you are cancelling within the 14 day risk free trial, the refund would be received on the card you have used to sign up within 3-5 business days or depending on the clearing time of your bank. If after this time frame you have not received the refund back, please call our Customer Service team at 1800 211 112.
