How can I pay my account?
We require your account is settled monthly using a credit card or bank account direct debit.
Direct debits are processed on the 15th of the month and it is possible to settle your account prior to this date using a number of other methods. These include: B Pay, Australia Post, EFT, Cheque and credit card over the phone.
Payment of your first month and any modem charges is taken at the time of sign up. The first month sits on your account as a credit until your service
