The nbnTM has announced the first of 10 nbnTM ground satellite stations will be based just outside Broken Hill, Victoria. This will serve the two satellites that are due to launch and offer dedicated NBN satellite services to Australia most remote location.
The first of the two new satellites is due to launch in 10 weeks time from French Guiana. Customers who connect to this will be able to access speeds of up to 25Mbps/5Mbps. Something that has never been possible in remote Australia.
