History
The seed was planted when two backpacking brothers decided they’d had enough of internet complexity. Since that fateful day in 2014,
Tangerine has been simplifying telco with reliable, well-priced internet and mobile plans- that you can actually wrap your head around.
And since 2021, we’ve been part-owned by one of the big names of business – the Commonwealth Bank.
How
Glad you asked. We say it how it is, kicking jargon to the curb. Tangerine’s mobile plans use the Telstra Wholesale mobile network and provide a mobile coverage footprint which reaches more than 98.8% of the Australian population and covers more than 1.6m square kilometres of the Australian landmass. Tangerine’s nbn® plans are provided using Vocus and nbn® co infrastructure
