Relocating your Tangerine service to your new home
Check if your new address is eligible for relocation of your nbn® service.
TIP: Before requesting to move your service, check to see if your new home is
nbn® ready,
the type of connection available at your new address, and approximate timeframes
for connection.

Once you’ve confirmed that your new address is nbn® ready
and the type of service available at your property,
follow these easy steps to get connected

Enter your account number, email address and password on the log in screen. |

Select Moving House? Service Relocation. |
 |
Fill out the form with the following details:

Read and agree on the Terms and Conditions. |

Click Submit. |
