Can I change mobile plans?

At Tangerine we give our customers the ability to change mobile plans at any time as we understand your data allowance needs may change overtime. This is a quick and easy process you can do yourself in our Self Care Portal

1. Log into the Self Care Portal.

2. Hover over the Mobile tab and select Active Mobile Services from the dropdown.

3. Click the View button on your applicable mobile service.

4. Select the Change Plan button, your preferred plan from the New Plan dropdown and the Confirm button to complete your request.
