How do I relocate my NBN service ?

Moving home?Relocating an NBN service to a new address can now be processed from our Self Care Portal.

TIP: Before you request to move your service, you can check the NBN serviceability of your address so you know if the address is NBN ready and what is the approximate timeframe. 

You may check your address here.

If you know the NBN availability of your address, you may proceed with the steps below:

1. Log in to www.tangerinetelecom.com.au/customer/login or click here.

2. Enter your Account Number, Email Address and Password on the Log in screen.

3. Select Moving House? Service Relocation from the Tangerine Self Care Centre.

4. Fill out the form with the following details:

  • Enter the Old Address that you wish to cancel.
  • New Address you are moving to (Street Address and Number, Suburb, State and Postcode).
  • Date of New Service Activation (Preferred Start Date).
  • Date of Old Service Cancellation

 

 

5. Read and agree on the Terms and Conditions.

6. Click on Submit.

 

We'll take care of the rest! You'll receive regular emails with the progress of your new order. We'll also confirm when your old service is cancelled. If at any time you'd like to discuss your NBN relocation with us please give us a call on 1800 211 112.
